TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDERS:
- $200 Opening Order Minimum
- $100 Reorder Minimum
- $10 Drop Ship Fee
- $10 Below Minimum Fee
- $25 Return Check Fee
- No COD
- Credit Card or prepayment check required for 1st order
BACKORDERS:
Unless notified, backorders will not be cancelled.
All backordered items will be shipped when available.
RETURNS:
No returns without authorization.
Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective items.
All non-defective items will be at customer's own expense to return merchandise.
All claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
